These Terms and Conditions apply when you use rabatholaka.com. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you purchase artwork or other products through the RL ART online store, the store, Shipping, Returns and Privacy terms that apply to your order also form part of your agreement with me.

You may use this website for lawful personal and commercial browsing purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

Unless stated otherwise, the artwork, illustrations, images, text, graphics, logos and other original content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to RL ART and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Viewing or purchasing through this website does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights to you. Content may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, sold, published or used commercially without prior written permission.
3. Purchases
If you make a purchase through the website, you agree to provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information and to pay the price, delivery charges and any other amounts clearly shown at checkout. Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment and the information presented at checkout. If I cannot fulfil an order, I will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, delivery, returns and refunds are handled according to the information provided through the store and applicable South African consumer law. Where the cooling-off right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies to an online purchase of goods, cancellation may be exercised within 7 days after receipt of the goods, subject to the Act and its exceptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.

Personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout, and I do not store your full card details.
