We offer free shipping on all orders over R800 except art prints. For orders under R800, shipping is R100-R200 within the South Africa. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via the shipping method you selected at checkout.

• South Africa: 3-5 business days
• International: 7-10 business days

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to countries that are embargoed by the South African government.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible at info@rabatholaka.com.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy on all items. To return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. If a return is approved, I will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or I agree otherwise.
