Overview

We offer free shipping on all orders over R800 except art prints. For orders under R800, shipping is R100-R200 within the South Africa. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Shipping Times

  • South Africa: 3-5 business days
  • International: 7-10 business days

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to countries that are embargoed by the South African government.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy on all items. To return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
