Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to me for a full refund.
The refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as custom prints, posters, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Merchandise
- Downloadable creative products
- Some digital collectibles
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Art Prints that are damaged in the courier process
- Book/Magazine with obvious signs of use
- Framed art prints, digital assets, creative products, or merchandise that has been broken or opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rabatholaka.com and send your item to the given address.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product the given address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.

Refund and Returns Policy
At RL🎨 ART, a division of Articulate Communications Pty (Ltd), we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our items. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Return Period
In accordance with South African consumer law, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intent to return an item. Once notified, the items must be returned to our studio within a further 7 days.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is in its original packaging.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The original tags (for apparel or rugs) are still attached.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
Commissioned Artworks: Pieces made to your specific requirements or personalised specifications.
Digital Downloads: Once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered finalised.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, items purchased on sale are final.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is delivered damaged or defective, please notify us at collect@rabatholaka.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide photographs of the damage and the packaging.
We will arrange for a courier to collect the faulty item at our expense.
Upon inspection, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
5. Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item due to a change of heart:
The cost of the return courier is for the customer’s account.
Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the item, excluding the original delivery fee.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for “change of mind” returns to cover restocking and processing costs.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
