Forbidden Fragments of the Apula
Forbidden Fruit → Apula
Forbidden Fragments of the Apula, 2025. A 1/1 derivative of Forbidden Fruit inside the Kingdom of Kush world. The work fragments the apple into a geometric, abstracted study of temptation, symbolism and form.
Apula is supporting material around this work, not a separate Store collection. Forbidden Fruit remains the parent.

Big Apple Dump (B.A.D)
Daily Fun
Big Apple Dump (B.A.D), 2026. A satirical RL🍎ART work built around the apple-headed character inside an everyday South African setting. The rollout extends the artwork through Daily Fun, a mock-news world that plays with what we consume, what we discard and the absurdity hiding inside ordinary routines.
The supporting pieces belong to the rollout around the artwork; they are not separate artworks.

4ROOM
A forum of the mind.
The 4ROOM series by Rabatho Laka is a core body of work exploring the dynamic interplay between ambition and environment within the context of South African township life. The project uses large-scale digital illustration to create a compelling visual narrative where four colossal characters—the “Giants”—exist in harmonious disproportion to their small, highly detailed 4-room homes.
Concept:
Each of the four pieces is a 4-part conversation that visually addresses the universal human experience of having dreams bigger than one’s current reality. The “Giant” figures embody expansive visions, big personalities, and an aspirational outlook. Their homes, drawn from real townships, serve as grounding, familiar backdrops—symbols of the unique roots that nurture such large perspectives. 4ROOM argues that the greatest limit is not physical space, but mental constraint. This internal, limitless space is the “forum of the mind.
