Yellow Pepper Media (YPM) is a publishing specialist focused on content, sales, and distribution. After 25 years in the industry, the brand needed to shed its traditional “book publishing” aesthetic.
The Brief:
To re-establish their core values with a fresh identity that signaled a new mission and vision. They needed a visual language that moved away from the dated conventions of their past to better represent their comprehensive service offering in a modern market.
The Solution:
I developed a vibrant new identity centered on the concept of “Flavour for your brand”. Moving away from the abstract shapes of the previous logo, I designed a distinct, geometric icon of a yellow pepper that houses the “YPM” acronym.
Using a precise grid system and circular geometry, I ensured the mark was balanced and scalable. The result is a bold, approachable brand that successfully “sheds its old skin,” transforming YPM from a traditional publisher into a dynamic content agency.
